Education

It’s not what you think…
This isn’t a school of Rock. Music is a language. It rewards individual expression, but demands selfless collaboration. Learning an instrument should be done by listening, imitating and interacting with other musicians, preferably ones that are better than you.
A musician is a scientist, an historian, an explorer, a pioneer and, an artist.
The future of music education in schools, should be in the form of small ensembles that provide students with a solid musical foundation relevant to the real world of music.
This includes music pedagogy, recording technology and business, as well as an understanding of musical styles and music as a universal language.
